At BioTrinity 2013, our exhibitors will again be able to arrange their partnering meetings at their exhibition stands giving even more added value.  To ensure you secure your preferred position - reserve your company exhibition slot soon. Register now, listing your preferred stand number on the form, or download the Exhibition Space Request form. Pricing depends on the size and location of the stand (see details below). Please note that all the exhibition stands located around the Refreshment Area are designated as Double Prime and are reserved for Silver or above Sponsors. The floor plan will be updated as soon as Stands are reserved.  Stands marked with a solid X are confirmed as sold.  Stands marked with a dotted X are provisionally held (for up to one week).  If you wish to express an interest in one of these, please do so as they may become available.  All unmarked Stands are currently available.  Please complete the Exhibition Space Request form to reserve your stand.

The exhibition will open with the Grand Opening Reception on Tuesday 14 May 2013 in the heart of the Exhibition area, followed by the two days of the conference, Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 May 2013, at Newbury Racecourse.  In 2012 as before, all 69 exhibition stands sold out in advance, so do budget and book early to avoid disappointment.  A small number of Prime exhibition stands will be available for general sale, as well as a smaller number of very well located Double Prime stands. Most prime stands are held for Sponsors only -book soon!
