How to Partner

BioTrinity provides all full registered delegates with the opportunity to get access to the web-based softward in order to set up one-to-one partnering. All 'agreed' meetings will be held in private rooms or booths and are large enough for you to invite several colleagues to join you in the discussion. All full registered delegates get access to the State-of-the-art, one-to-one Partnering system provided by partneringONE.  All accepted meetings will be hosted in private rooms or booths.

For successful partnering follow these simple steps…

1. Complete your Profile

When you register, you start by completing your partnering profile – this is a summary about your organisation and your product or service.  Include as much information as possible, and use all the alternative words for your technology (eg. CNS, central nervous system, Alzheimer’s and neurology) to pick up on possible searches. This information will also be used in the Conference Book.

2. Your availability

Please mark your meeting calendar so we know when you are free to attend partnering meetings. Your availability is visible only to you and other delegates in your company

NB: we can only schedule meetings when you are available.

3. Request meetings

Identify target companies you believe might benefit from meeting face-to-face. Proactive companies also use partnering meetings as a platform to renew contact and strengthen their relationships with existing clients or business partners.

4. Track Responses

You need to log-in regularly to monitor responses to your requests, and to check who has requested meetings with you. Accept (or politely decline) all meetings.

5. Scheduling

Book yourself into any Workshops or Sessions you wish to attend.

About 2 weeks before the event meetings will start to be scheduled, based on the availability of all concerned. Our aim is to ensure that everyone has the maximum number of meetings over the course of the event. Your preliminary schedule will be posted in your personal account. Prepare thoroughly for private meetings with potential business partners before attending the conference.

6. Your Personal Agenda

Room allocations will be available from 12 April.  When you arrive at the event you can visit the Partnering Desk to receive a print-out of your most up to date personal agenda with locations listed.
