At BioTrinity, all of your one-to-one partnering meetings will be held in private rooms and booths, not on open tables - guaranteed. Read on to find out why we make this commitment to you.
Most senior execs in our industry view networking as essential to performing their job functions, and yet the majority of networking opportunities are relatively unstructured.
BioTrinity offers a structured partnering system that allows you to plan with whom to meet, allowing you to meet new contacts and build relationships outside of your immediate range. 
Many partnering conferences provide only small, non-private tables for meetings, preventing the kind of frank discussion needed to get business moving. BioTrinity 2012 uses large, light and airy private partnering rooms or booths, you can bring your decision making team to partnering meetings at BioTrinity 2012. You can hold up to 36 half-hour long one-to-one meetings over the two main days of the conference - 25 - 26 April, 2012.
Although all of your meetings will take place in private, they will be scheduled into a number of locations which may include booths and rooms. Your company can choose to upgrade the partnering experience for the companies you meet by hosting all of your scheduled partnering meetings in a single large dedicated partnering room (pictured below) from £850, rather than a partnering booth.
Of course it does cost OBN more to provide private partnering, but as a not-for-profit business support network, this doesn't mean that you pay higher prices.

14 March 2012:
Partnering launched and open for one-to-one meeting requests. Your profile will automatically become visible to all other delegates
18 April 2012:
First round of scheduling of one-to-one meetings. Preliminary partnering schedules posted online (confidential to each organisation)
24 April 2012:
Partnering locations announced on agendas and available from the Partnering Help Desk at the Grand Opening Reception
25 - 26 April 2012:
On-site partnering take place at BioTrinity 2011 in private rooms or booths
