BioTrinity 2011 Registration is now open!

NEWSFLASH: Companies can join OBN as members from £249 + VAT to get £150 per delegate discounts on the prices below

Registration fee structure:

 

£549 + VAT  - Summer Special Registration Fee (until 30 September 2010)

£599 + VAT  - Super Early Bird Registration Fee (until 15 December 2010)

£649 + VAT  - Early Bird Registration Fee (until 14 February, 2011)

£699 + VAT  - Standard Registration Fee (until 1300 GMT 12 April, 2011)

£799 + VAT  - On-site Registration Fee

Gala Dinner Registration: £89 + VAT

 

Registration fee includes:

  • Participation in one-to-one Partnering in large private meeting rooms/booths
  • Grand Opening Reception in the heart of the Exhibition (12 April)
  • Access to all sessions, presentations, key notes, panel discussions and workshops
  • Access to Exhibition Hall
  • Conference handbook and a full delegate list
  • Continental breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks

Discounts available

OBN Members save £150, with Full Members receiving a complimentary ticket with their first registration. Registering early can save more than 30% of ticket price, and helps you get the most out of the partnering system. Membership must be active at time of the conference.
Associate Member of OBN or One Nucleus Gold Member save £150 off fee current at time of registration. Membership must be active at time of the conference.
Investor, University or Charity* save £50 off fee current at time of registration (*see below)
Associated Organisation Member or Offer (One Nucleus Silver, BIA, PLG, BPE) can save £50 off current fee but only if supplying a Promotional Code at the time of registration. Membership must be active at time of the conference.

Multiple registrations: If you send 2 or more delegates, why not purchase a Company Pass? Buy 2 full price delegate registrations and receive the 3rd delegate pass free!

Reminder: OBN members booking tickets for BioTrinity 2011 should take care to fully utilize their complimentary ticket allowance. Further details on OBN's Membership Scheme area are available on the OBN website and you can download the Membership Form to fax or email to us.

Registration criteria:

  • No retrospective savings apply after registration
  • No more than one saving will apply at any time, which ever is the greatest
  • Full Member complimentary ticket is given for first registration only
  • No split tickets are allowed: a ticket is valid for a single delegate and can not be shared by two delegates over two days. OBN may withdraw Summer Special are other offers earlier once a quota has been filled.
  • Memberships must be valid and paid-up at the time of the conference for registration discounts to apply.
  • To encourage availability for partnering meetings no one-day registration option is available.
  • Investors must fall into one of the following categories: Venture Capitalist, Angel Investor, Corporate Strategic Investor, Fund of Funds Investor, Institutional Investor, Investment Banker, Qualified Individual Investor.  Proof may be requested.
  • Universities includes anyone registering with an academic email address in current employment of a UK or international university, institute or technology transfer office.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card on the telephone (preferred), faxing the completed Credit Card Mandate form (link above) or via an invoice on 14 day payment terms. Delegates will only be able to arrange partnering meetings when fees have been paid in full before the conference.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation charges will apply. See Terms and Conditions above.

Replacement Delegates

If you are no longer able to attend, you can substitute a delegate up to the 28th March 2011. Please ensure you register your replacement delegate online and tick the relevant box and include the name of the delegate to be replaced. The replacement delegate will take over the partnering meetings agreed by the original delegate, although these can be cancelled if the meetings are no longer relevant. Your registration will be de-activated.  You can not substitute a delegate mid-way through the conference.

Please do NOT update your personal profile page with the name and contact data of the new attendee.

Small print

Unless you specifically tell us, we may publish your company name on the BioTrinity web site among a list of "Companies Attending". Please email hilary.boardman@obn.org.uk if you do not want your company details published. Only one type of discount is applicable per registration.
