Newbury is situated in the centre of Southern England, 10 minutes south of the M4 and easily accessible from the M3 and A34. Newbury is served by a train station (Newbury [NBY]) with direct connections to London Paddington train station (50-70 minutes duration, travelling every 20-30 minutes in the morning), check the National Rail to plan train times.
The racecourse even has its own train station (Newbury Racecourse [NRC]) with direct connections to London Paddington (67 minutes duration) and the West.
Newbury is less than an hour's drive from Heathrow International Airport should you wish to hire a car. If you wish to travel from Heathrow to London Paddington, trains leave from Terminal 5 ("T5") every twenty minutes and take about 20 minutes. However, unless you are flying in to T5, leave 30 minute to travel between terminals. If you need to minimise travel time from the airport, we would recommend you book an executive car for transfers from Heathrow to Newbury (details of Pryors Exec Cars below).
OBN is providing a shuttle bus between the main conference hotels and the venue. You can also drive directly to the conference which provides for 300 car parking spaces at the venue immediately next to the conference building, and hundreds further in an overflow car park.
The Racecourse is well signed so follow the Brown Signs to Racecourse, or download the map here.
