BioTrinity 2008 will take place in Oxford at The Quadrangle, a surprisingly stylish conference venue that is also the home of Oxford United FC, The Kassam Stadium is one of a new breed of sport stadia, built with corporate events firmly in mind. 30 corporate boxes double as private partnering rooms providing light & airy meeting space for up to 10 delegates each. Directions to the Kassam Stadium
By Road
The Kassam Stadium is located approx. 4 miles south east of Oxford City centre. When travelling from the north use the M40 Junction 9, or from London use the M40 Junction 8.
The Kassam Stadium is well signposted (follow the brown football sign) however where not indicated follow signs for the A4074 or The Oxford Science Park located about 500 metres west of the Kassam Stadium.
From Oxford City Centre
Take the A4144 Abingdon Rd south through New Hinksey. At the roundabout turn left, following the signs for Reading and Henley, continue to the J.Sainsbury roundabout and turn right onto the A4074. After a half mile The Kassam Stadium is clearly signposted to the left.
From London M40
Leave the M40 at Junction 8, signposted to Oxford, and joining the A40. After several miles you approach the outskirts of Oxford. Turn left at the first roundabout following signs for Reading or The Kassam Stadium. After four miles turn left onto the A4074 to Henley-on-Thames (at the J.Sainsbury roundabout). After a half mile The Kassam Stadium is clearly signposted to the left.
From the A34 travelling south
Leave the A34 at the Hinksey Hill Interchange, signposted A423 to Reading. From the roundabout follow signs for Reading, Henley or The Kassam Stadium.
From the A34 travelling north
Leave the A34 at the Hinksey Hill Interchange. signposted A4144 Ring Road. Take the third exit from the roundabout and follow signs for Reading, Henley or The Kassam Stadium.
From Henley-on-Thames
When approaching from the south on the A4074, The Kassam Stadium is signposted to the left towards Sandford-on-Thames. When entering Sandford, turn right under the A4074, the Oxford Science Park will be on the left, go straight over three more roundabouts and the Kassam Stadium will be on your left.

Coach services run from most cities and major towns to Oxford's Gloucester Green Coach Station. From London Victoria Coach Station, services run every 20 minutes by two operators, Oxford Citylink and Oxford Tube. The journey takes around 90 mins. There are also regular Oxford Citylink services from London Heathrow and Gatwick airports to Gloucester Green Coach station.

Hackney carriages are available at ranks around Oxford, including the coach station at Gloucester Green and the railway station. These are the only vehicles licensed by the Council that can legally stand and ply for hire in Oxford. Any other vehicle you hail may be uninsured for public hire. The Council sets fares for hackney carriages within Oxford. Fares are charged by meter. Outside Oxford you should negotiate a fare or agree a tariff for the meter.
