Please note that press passes will be are necessary to gain entry to the conference as credentialed press. The Press Room is located on the upper level and is equipped with refreshments.

Payment of fees

Payment can be made online, by credit card or via an invoice. Delegates will only be able to arrange partnering meetings when fees have been paid in full before the conference.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation charges will apply. Registration terms and conditions available shortly.

Substitutions

You can subsitute a delegate. Please register your replacement delegate online and use the comment box on the registration form to state who the person is replacing. The replacement delegate will take over the partnering meetings agreed by the original delegate, although these can be cancelled if the meetings are no longer relevant.

Company profiles

Company profiles received after 18 March 2008 will not be included in the BioTrinity 2008 conference handbook/CD. However, your company profile will continue to be published online via the Partnering pages at www.biotrinity.com and your company name will appear on the attendee list of the conference handbook.

Small print

Unless you specifically tell us, we may publish your company name on the BioTrinity web site among a list of "Companies Attending". Please email aruna.dudhia@oxfordshirebioscience.net if you do not want your company details published. Only one type of discount is applicable per registration
